I am researching the possibility of applying Lean and Agile approaches, methodologies, tools or techniques outside of the T or software industry. I understand many industries have ventured to use either or both of these approaches and some have even tried them together, but a large volume of specialized industry is yet to even consider the possibility. I am keenly interested to know and understand how would LeAgile or AgiLean apply to the construction industry.

Hi Mr Iqbal, I'm trying to do the same thing in the nuclear industry. The point is that we can't use the Agile methodology but use the agile mindset. Some products can't be delivered incrementally this why SCRUM and Agile Methodologies can't be deployed. If you start a test in your company please share it with me, I'm interested to know how will you use the Agile mindset and Lean Management.
