PMP certification showed as expired in Credly

Dear amazing community

I came here because my PMP certification has been shown as expired on Credly since May 2025, which is not true.

Who shall I contact to correct? I contacted Credly, and they told me it was PMII I contacted PMI and they told me it would be fixed.but it is not.

thank you for your help because I am stuck

I had an issue with one of my badges few months ago. I contacted them and they fixed it within a few days. Email them and attach a copy of your valid certificate and they hopefully should be able to fix it.

I recommend contacting PMI Customer Care again and asking them to verify the synchronization between your PMI certification status and Credly. It may also help to provide screenshots showing that your certification is active in PMI while Credly displays it as expired. Hopefully the issue can be escalated and resolved soon. Best of luck!
