Hi Al Mansour,

RACIV (Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Infomed / Verified or Validated) based on the Project Work and Stakholders surrounded. I'm sure there will lot of templates avilable.

But Scope of your projects and governance model you have decides the RACIV or RASCI.
