Many organizations still treat generative AI as an individual productivity tool instead of an operational capability. But project workflows are coordination systems, not isolated tasks. The real shift happens when AI becomes integrated into: – Decision flows, – Delivery cadence, – Governance, – Shared context, – Validation loops. Reliability starts to emerge when teams define: • Clear human ownership, • Verification mechanisms, • Explicit decision boundaries. Otherwise, AI may accelerate execution while amplifying fragmentation and decision noise.

We’ve been moving AI into shared team activities instead of keeping it only as a personal productivity tool. Right now it helps us with documentation, validation, code reviews, follow-ups, meeting summaries, and repository-related tasks. A good practice is keeping clear ownership and review from the team instead of treating the output as automatically correct.
