Do certified PMPs "generally" make stronger performing Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belts (BBs) and Master Black Belts (MBBs) than non-certified PMPs?

from my experience both are very different, ie PMP certification doesn't have impact on 6Sigma or vice versa.
6Sigma has it's own project lifecycle governance,ie DMAIC. Lean folks generally apply the simpler version, PDCA.
