Hey Arlene .. Its a great question to muster strength to reveal some project successes.
In my engineering final, we had fabricated a wind mill to generate 250 watts of power to lighten principle's office.
Challenge faced was limited project funding and design of wind blades selecting angle of attack wrt wind speeds. A probability matrix helped us finalise the design along with Project Management guidelines that I learned as my optional subject.
We finally accomplished this project in 10 weeks using all waste materials in yard like wood, aluminium plates, steel angles, etc.
Our only expense was SKF bearings, bulb assemblies and cable/switches (USD 30) in 1988.
My only shortfall is I don't have a pic to share but my memories are still afloat!
Thanks.... Saving Changes...

I am implementing ERP SAP in University of Lahore, Pakistan; one of the largest and leading (Private) university.
The project is under execution but, during many phases of the project we faced many challenges.
The timelines for initial phases were very critical. As the project is very important and strategic for the organization, the completion of initial phases on time created huge risk among senior management. But, i am thankful to my project team, they pursued the objectives of the project in a very vigorous manner and deliver the results on time. in the lieu, we also had full support of senior management.
Now, we are very near to end first stage of the project and afterwards, ERP SAP will be used in daily operations of the university. Te biggest challenge me and my team is facing is of "Change Management".
Our university employees have conventional methods of performing operational work. After implementation of ERP SAP, they need adjust their working style. In this regard, me and my team are giving training to different personals and department. But still i feel this is the vast task to shift conservative attitude to much progressive methodological approach. Saving Changes...
