An important question.
I believe AI and emotional intelligence play complementary, but very different, roles in decision-making.
AI helps us analyze information, identify patterns and challenge assumptions. Emotional intelligence helps us understand people, build trust and navigate uncertainty.
Neither, however, makes the decision.
That responsibility still depends on human judgment - integrating evidence, context, ethics, experience and stakeholder perspectives to make decisions that create and protect value.
Perhaps the future is not about choosing between AI and emotional intelligence. It is about developing the judgment to use both wisely. Saving Changes...
