I need to know the procedure, tools and techniques to make the cash flow.

In construction, we do have a much organized and disciplined method for preparing cash flows. If quantity estimations and surveying are followed as per stipulated mechanism, making cash flows and even managing by earned value is very easily possible.

I am sorry I tried responding yesterday but probably the posting was lost. I actually posted some links to very effective forecasting cash flow templates. Construction does not have a mechanism of its own to create these cash flows but the structure of quantity surveying is so organized that your detailed estimates for each activity are properly recorded and then can be converted into a cash flow.
