PMI Infinity is available free of charge to every PMI member. It can be used as a personal advisor and coach for general questions related to project management methods, standards, and best practices.
As far as I understand, the version currently available to PMI members is not aware of an organization's specific project management methodology, governance, or project data.
Could someone explain the vision for PMI Infinity for Organizations? In particular, I am interested in questions such as:
- Will organizations be able to extend PMI Infinity with their own project management methodologies, governance models, templates, and best practices? If yes how will this work?
- Will PMI Infinity integrate with enterprise project management platforms, or is its primary role to provide methodological guidance independent of operational project systems?
