Excellent question.
I'd challenge one underlying assumption: the greatest risks are not always technical.
Security and confidentiality are essential, but organizations also need clear governance over which information AI may access, which decisions it may support, who remains accountable for the outcomes and how AI-generated outputs are verified before use.
Without that, even a technically secure AI environment can still create significant organizational risk.
