• How can I get ahead?
• How can I look good?
• How can I get away with doing…..?
• How can I get away with not doing…..?
• How can I get even?
• How can I do as little as possible?
• How can I be impressive?
• How can I get someone else to do this for me?
• How can I get the boss to like me?
• How can I look better than everyone around me?

Then aligneach individual needs, if possible wishes , to aid or support in achieving the project or program goals. This takes a lot of disciplinedand mature behavior and understanfing of each team member Saving Changes...
