NLP Communications

I have seen some books on the use of NLP in Project Management and I think that is a great way of improving communications for projects. If project managers can be trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, they can communicate ideas in a way that the audience considers these ideas as their own rather than those of the PM. This is telepathic in nature and is the best way of getting the job done. The important thing is the person exercising this skill must be correct or all communications may result is disaster.

I really liked "NLP workbook" - Josehp O'Conner (but I think you can read any of his books because he has really good ones about NLP )
