Thoughts/insights on Sciforma?

I'm wondering if anyone uses or has used Sciforma as a SaaS product. What was your experience of the product and the support/service?

I've experienced and have heard nothing but good things with Sciforma. I haven't used the latest release, but the company has always had really good support and a solid knowledgebase, neither of which has likely changed.
