I would like to know if others are seeing the same results as I am. We have been pushing the concept that to run projects better you need to be a leader. As we do not do leadership training directly we decided to offer a leadership program from another organization (a non-profit). We sent out a mailing to introduce that and found that IT Executives and managers had the lowest response rate. When I say low, I mean zero.
