Need help on applying for PMI-ACP exam

Good day all,

I am trying to apply for the PMI-ACP exam at PMI.org, however at the end of STEP-1,

PMI-ACP Application - Step 1: Application

I got the following message in red color:

We're sorry, but we cannot accept your application at this point. This could be due to other certifications that you have, or other applications you've submitted that are currently being processed.

I already have PMP in good standing, and all the requirement for the ACP exam are listed as complete.

I have emailed Customercare at PMI.org 3 days back, but no reply as of yet.

Any suggestion on why am I getting this error? Plz see the attached file

You can only apply for one certification at a time. If PMI is not accepting your PMI-ACP application, there must be some other certification application still open.
