Since many years I do Sugar CRM Implementations for small companies. And I must say that both the employees and the sponser(Stakeholder) of the different companies are quite satisfied with the tool. Normally they start with the free CE, and later they moved to the paid (profesional) version. But now I switched to SuiteCRM.
This CRM, is develloped by SalesAgility and for many obvious reasons I made a change, which is a good alternative to Salesforce.. :-)
What I currently lack is a good template to do a "more professional" implementation of a CRM project.
Does anyone know where to look?
