I have a very large set of tools and I use them appropriately as per the project requirements. Asking me to pick my favorites would not be fair as your requirement is too broad and generalised. Conceptualization and Managing projects, both are different activities with different sets of tools, though some tools like Cost-Benefit Analysis is used on either jobs.
