Any one can tell if there is a term called mysterious project management an what does it mean?

Project management used to be a lot more mysterious than it is now, but it has become a more structured discipline in recent years. It''s great to see it maturing, branching into specialized modalities (e.g. Agile) and becoming a sought-after "job title". So while "mysterious project management" may not be a technical term, I think it is how many viewed project management in the past (and some people still view it that way today).
