Sorry if I did not understand well, but quality is not determined by the client. Quality is determined by the organizational strategy. Quality is a matter of strategy. Prevention must prevail so you have to put all your efforts in quality assurance. That´s not meant that you have to forget quality control. if you do not work on quality you will loose your client.
