Can PMI Pricesses be applied in same way for developed and developing countries?

You normally have to tailor the project management processes to each project. The tailoring should account for differences such as clients, methodologies and, yes, even countries.
For example, each country has a different set of laws and regulations with which you must comply.

Great question, Maen. I agree with Stephane: Each project will need to be specifically tailored to the the project''s requirements and externalities. Country risk will definitely be a consideration. Team dynamics is also an example of an area that may be quite unique to given culture, which may affect resource management. So while all process will likely be affected, the Planning Process is one area that may be greatly affected by the maturity of the business environment.

I have been working in multi-national project in the last 25 years. Indeed you can applied PMI process no matter the type of county. But as in any type of project you have to adapt it to environmental conditions. In fact, no matter you are running a new project in the same organization.
