You can find a lot into the internet. But remember that you can choose both process to manage quality: quality control and quality assurance. The first one is to validate the product achieve the specifications. The second one is to verify the process to create the product is follow as defined.

And remember the basic: a plan is a document where you answer five questions about the matter: What? / How? / Who? / When? / How much it cost?

Quality in basic terms you can take as, how much of the expected requirements are met. So the plan should include
- what you are defining as quality for the project
- what all processes you will implement to achieve same
- how these processes will be implemented, monitored and controlled
- QA checks if the implemented processes are sufficient to meet the target quality
- who all are responsible for implementing the processes
- who will verify the final output for acceptance.
- finally what will be cost of quality

I found both a template and an example document here: http://www.pma.doit.wisc.edu/plan/3-2/tools.html

Good luck with your assignment!

Quality is often like beauty - it is in the eye of the beholder. There are some industry standards, such as "15 year shingles" or "25 year shingles" - these specify the expected lifetime of durable products for roofs. Other times, quality is less specific. If the customer wants egg-shell white colored ceilings and they get Ecru, the functionality of the product is not impeded (the ceilings are protected by paint), but the customer is not satisfied. How much of a hue change in the color is an acceptable variance?

There are also quality standards associated with Building Codes. If the the home remodel project requires a Building Permit, then local inspectors will determine the level of quality for certain aspects like electrical circuitry, water quality, septic and sewer, etc. Even if a building permit is not required, licensed electricians, plumbers, builders, etc are required to perform their work according to various state and local "Codes".

Afterthought: After I posted a reply, I noticed that your location is Pakistan, and I answered assuming American products, contractors, and building codes. Sorry, but I hope that you find some value in my answer in any case.

there are a lot of aspect which could be considered in the "quality environment". you can apply the quality both in the project processes and in the product project. I suggest to you a little digression in the quality approach: PDCA (Deming), lean six sigma, kaizen etc.
consider the difference between grade of quality and level of quality too
