What would be the best KPIs that an experienced IT- Change evaluation manager could use in general?

I was very interested in seeing what others might contribute to this discussion but after nearly four weeks, nothing has really been contributed. I started searching on the Internet to see what I could find. Here are a few ideas I found to answer the last question about IT Change:

From: http://wiki.en.it-processmaps.com/index.ph...ange_Management

1. Number of Major Changes - Number of major changes assessed by the CAB (Change Advisory Board)
2. Number of CAB Meetings - Number of CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
3. Time for Change Approval/ Rejection - Average time from registering an RFC with Change Management until a decision on the RFC is reached (i.e. until it is either approved or rejected)
4. Change Acceptance Rate - Number of accepted vs. rejected RFCs
5. Number of Emergency Changes - Number of Emergency Changes assessed by the ECAB (Emergency Change Advisory Board)

And from: https://www.sysaid.com/blog/entry/defining...ange-management

1. Number and percentage of changes that cause incidents
2. Total business impact of incidents caused by changes
3. Number and percentage of changes that used the predicted time and resources
4. Number and percentage of changes that delivered the results the customer expected
5. Satisfaction rating for change management from PMO and from end customers
6. Percentage of changes that provided knowledge articles for the service desk
7. Satisfaction rating for change management from IT staff and from end customers
8. Number and percentage of changes that used the predicted time and resources
9. Number and percentage of urgent and emergency changes

Here is my feeble attempt to start answering the original question of listing KPIs for all the knowledge areas. I hope it will spark some further discussion and generate more ideas. Please feel free to debate the placement of some of the KPIs. I won''t put up too much of a fight. :-)
