In middle of the planning phase, Rashmi the project manager gets a change in the scope of the deliverables from the client. Rashmi has already planned for the budget accordingly and is sure that this scope change will not cost any change to the budget baseline. What should Rashmi be careful about when accommodating the change in scope?

a) Scope constraint has more weightage than other constraints. She should accommodate the change without any hesitation.
b) Budget is the biggest constraint that Rashmi should watch at all the time during project life cycle.
c) Rashmi should be careful as any one of the constraint changes then it affects one or more other project constraints.
d) Rashmi should plan and track project constraints independently to avoid any such problems in future during project execution.
