Which estimation to be considered for determining the success of the project?

A. Estimation made based on the pre sale study for preparing the quotation

B.The Estimation made after the requirements have been documented and approved

You measure your project''s success against the *last* performance management baseline. The PMB usually includes a cost baseline and a schedule baseline. In your question, I would suspect that A was your first baseline and B was your second baseline.

It is not unusual to measure projects against multiple baselines to see the difference between approved baseline changes.

IFreq yen toy you have to review the baseline to realign with the project objectives (re-base).
You should re-evaluate the KPI''s associated with the project objectives.
Success is measured against these agreed-upon KPI''s.
