RACI Matrix template for IT projects

Hi
I am looking for a RACI Matrix template designed for IT projects with all the phases, roles and responsibilities built in it

Anyone has an idea?

1) In excel sheet note down all the functions or roles in rows
2) Mark RACI in columns
3) Now as per your project policy mark the intersecting cells, i.e for functions or roles and RACI

If you want, I can give you advice on improving it. BUT only after you created your own so that it is effective.

I am not bragging, but my documentation is one of the best, it will have to be as most management will not take crappy documentations.

A great source that can help, it covers RACI Matrices for for each phase of the Software Development Life cycle. Examples provided for the following

For sure there is to mucg information there and it is not a 1:1 mact to what I need but it is an excellent reference
