Project Director responsible for all the activities on the account involves customer relationships. Management reporting, issue resolution, managing project risks.
Project Manager is responsible for the team and organization''s commitments concerning the customer. He reports and is followed by a PD (Project Director). Responsible for developing skills of offshore Team where needed. Responsible for delivery management, capacity management, various SLA''s and planning the project for India. 1st point of escalation for any issues. Contributes in team’s performance management.
Co-ordinates with competency team in hiring and staffing the resources Identifies and track the risk. Provide functional / technical assistance if required.
