I have done so but when I go in the list of webinars and click on the one I want to watch, I just have the content and the comments.

They play using flash, maybe check to make sure you have the current version on the flash website. Also, if you could take a screenshot and drop it into a shared folder on Google Drive, Dropbox, or another service and send a link, we could look and see what might be the problem. Saving Changes...

If you have a blank space on the page where you expected to see the video window, it could be that the video is being blocked at your firewall. We have the same issue. The IT people researched and found that they would have to unblock over a dozen URLs to allow the webinars to play, and they said they would not do it. Saving Changes...
