Hello Salomon, I would recommend you implementing a tool to Support Project management such as Jira, for example. These tools allow you to easily implement workflows for different kind of projects (agile, tradicional), automatic synchronization with Project and knowledge management tools. The first thing to take into account is to do that an strategic reason must be in place. After that you have to analyze your enterprise architecture (you can use Peter´s Seven S model as a checklist) to be sure the organizational impact has been evaluated. And the most important thing is to clear understand what a PMO is and the type of PMO best suited for your organization.
