One of my staff is pursuing a masters in construction management through Drexel University online. It is a high quality program. The cost is $1157/credit hour, so that may not represent reasonable fees.
Western Carolina University (where I got my Masters in Project Management) offers an online masters in construction management. Out of state fees are $746/credit hour (30 hours required).
University of Florida (where I got my BS in nuclear engineering) offers an online masters in international construction management. MICM is priced by the course at $1950, and there are 11 courses.
Good luck finding a high quality program that meets your needs.

Oh - while pursuing my MPM online, I had a classmate from France (and I am on the west coast of the US) so it was sometimes interesting to determine appropriate times to collaborate and meet online.
