I need guidance on how to initiate Quantitative risk management within a project. Like which model to use, what data to look for, etc.
Please share your experiences about how you have done quantitative risk management for your project in the past or how currently you are doing it.

Thanks for sharing your experience

The quantitative assessment can be done base upon the type of project.
First you make risk score and multiply it to cost impact.

First of all you have to be sure that all qualitative risk analysis is trustworthy.
If your assumptions are wrong you quantitativa analysis will give false results. The process is iterative, so the best time to start quantitative risk analysis is when you are secure about the quality of the data you have on your hands.
