It''s clear as much as the ocean waters, (some less), that there are conflicts between these roles. Sometimes each other get the hat assuming that can play as well than the other.
I am almost convinced that this fact is necessary with moderation considering differences of behavior, technical skills and the corporate environment when each one is working on.
So, I would like to hear another perspectives and best pratices adopted in order to avoid, or mitigate, this situation. Saving Changes...
