Inside the organizations you can find business rules, business politics and business laws in some cases. Business rules are not matter of discussion neither interpretation. Organizations politics are rooted in the company procedures and policies, we need to improve on it to get desires. The major roles and primary objective of any organization is to solve problems for people. We need to put people first. Leadership without people orientation is elution.
Leadership is ability to take organization or people successfully on a journey which they wont not go by themselves.
