How do you see change in career after 20 years of experience and what are challenges ?

As after 20 years things are not same.

the longer the previous career was the difficulty to change increases only if your role is not far from managerial level. In other words if you are coming from technical career willing to move to PM career there will be a number of challenges, that you have to plan to over come. 1st managing People 2nd Knowing your capabilities and strengths( Personal skills).
