Agile practices or Agile Software Development or Agile project Development is becoming successful all over the world and trending as most of the companies following it. In such scenario, my concern or doubts are:
1. Does traditional model based processes supported by PMBOK guide will become obsolete even though the guide talks about progressive elaboration / rolling wave planning?
2. If so what will be future of PMPs who are not practicing agile ?
3. Does the global industry inclining towards agile will prefer more PMI-ACPs or CSM rather than PMPs in future ?
Please correct me If my concerns/doubts are wrong. Because i followed/following traditional waterfall model in most of my career and following PMBOK Guide after becoming PMP . Saving Changes...
