Probably you need some project tracking software (e.g. SharePoint) for better organization..

The key is what I call "touch points". Plan each day to "touch" each effort in some way, shape, or form. Calls, meetings, updates, reports and other methods incorporated into a daily routine that instills a greater degree of confidence and knowledge that as the PM you know what is going on today and into the future.

In the same vein as Prasad, consider getting project administrators. That will allow you to focus on managing the work during the planning and execution phases. Get the project administrators to develop the management plans.

It seems to me the question is very open. If multiple projects are related to each other, then it is a program. It doesn''t say anything about workload; if workload is high, then there should be delegation or a team of project members. In summary, I suggest you become the program manager.
