Where did all my Connection Requests go?

Where did all my "Connection Requests" go?

I had a bunch of them in my work eMail Inbox this morning, and I just deleted them because I figured it would be sort of like LinkedIn or FaceBook and I would be able to "Accept" their requests once I got in here. Sadly, now I don''t see them anywhere.

They should be showing at the bottom of the screen when viewing your own profile, or the top right where it says: Hello Teresa | Logout, right underneath that.
