Requirements Management Tools

My group is evaluating requirement management tools, and I was wondering if anyone had experience with Telelogic's DOORS or TBI's Caliber? Any lessons from the selection process?

I have gone through 2 REQ's Mgmt selection processes as a product manager, and can vouch for Caliber. Doors and Rational Requisite both seem cumbersome, as they are essentially document management systems, where Caliber is truly a database representing requirements in a tree structure.
