Please share experience implementing property management software

I am interested in hearing from anyone who has managed a project to implement property management software across a diversified portfolio. In particular I am looking to discover the rough proportion of project cost spent on payments to the software vendor versus other costs e.g. business analysis, data migration, project management etc. Approximate figures are fine. I have a special in projects where the client was going from largely manual systems to something formal. Thanks
