A short cut is to find a partner of that country; the partner that knows your culture too. There must be successful business in that country; it is just that you don''t have the experience to know how it works. A good local partner can bridge the gap and shorten your learning curve.

Cultural shock is something that impacts the project planning. Better is to hire few SME''s in the new country who know the law, culture, people, etc of that country. Else invest some time initially in the new country to understand the country. This will help plan the project better before starting.

Every project is affected by country''s people working on the project which has some cultural background.
