kindly , in your opinion what is the most important issue for the project manager to neglect during work in order to achieve the target (only one thing)? Saving Changes...
Just for my understanding, you are looking for one issue, which can be neglected for success of project. Saving Changes...

Maen, same question as Pravin.
I don''t think it a good idea to neglect issues. Rather, the PM should bring the issues to the sponsor and executive steering committee, so that strategic decisions can be made as to whether the issue warrants a change in scope, schedule or budget. Saving Changes...
One cannot afford to neglect any aspect of the project between intiation and closure phase, definitely not as a project manager. However let me rephrase your question. I believe you wanted to ask - " Which of the PM aspects, if neglected during project execution, will cause the utmost damage to the success of the project".
If you have to single out just one aspect which if neglected will ensure that your project will most definitely not be successful, it has to be communication. Remember, 90% o the time a project manager spends in a PM engagement, is spent on communication. Saving Changes...

Maen, you should always work through issues in order of priority. So you only neglect issues while they are the least important. As you tackle and resolve issues, you should eventually address even the low priority issues. Saving Changes...
To my understanding, the only thing that can be neglected during the project work/execution is that the activities that are interpreted to be come under “Gold Plating” which is doing extra job which is not mentioned in the project scope. Saving Changes...

Maen,if am getting you well, neglecting a team member will not be a good idea, everyone has a job to do they are part of the process. unless that member''s field of work is not part of that process of completing the required project. Saving Changes...

It all depends on the issues you have on hand. Low priority issues could be neglected in favour of high priority ones, if necessary.
The one thing that I personally believe could, and may be beneficial to be neglected is hearsay, or ''he said she said'' between team members. These types of minor issues tend to get resolved rather quickly.
It''s human nature, when working in teams for long periods of time, to get on each other''s nerves at one point or another. So unless the issue will hinder the project performance, such issue may be put aside to focus on more major ones.
One thing to always keep in mind is that minor issues could quickly turn into catastrophes if not tended for in a timely manner, and it is your job as a Project Manager to prioritize handling issues in your project. Saving Changes...
