I have tried to figure out how I can add what I have visited and I have listened to or some what I have reed in the website to the my favorite but I could not?

This is a great suggestion for a site improvement in functionality. For now, I suggest using a bookmark in your web browser to save a page if it contains your favorite content. We are currently working on many improvements on the site, so be sure to check out the community blog The Critical Path for updates.
