Just looked it up on Amazon--looks like a good one with lots of short chapters, each one being a PM tip. Thanks much for the recommendation, Marco. Saving Changes...

Thanks, Marco. I read the Amazon reviews and a reader states that most topics are related to using PM software. Is is like that or does it embed many other interesting topics like stakeholder management, communications management, etc.? Saving Changes...
97 Things Every Project Manager Should Know, highlights specially software projects. But, the principles about PM presented in the book, can be apply in different projects.
For instance, the first subject of the book talks about "Conquiste Usuários de Forma mais Ágil". The author explains what happen when you forget to involve someone in the beginning of the project.
It''s a kind of stakeholder management for every kind of project.
And throughout of the book we can find another good examples, including communications management, team management, etc.
Have a nice week. Saving Changes...
