I am facilitating a new IT system Day in life (DILO) workshop for 20
cross functional team members for a WMS migration project and I am looking
for the most efficient model on how to progress the day workshop Saving Changes...

Given the nature of your audience, I would suggest having mulitple sessions with the following format:
* general presentation
* break out sessions for activities
* plenaries for group discussion and review
Do one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Start the day with an ice breaker activity to build trust across the people. Resume in the afternoon with an activity, preferably physical, to build energy. (Laughter yoga is a good one.)

Thank you Stephane,
I completed two sessions with an ice beaker first identified what is and the second more creative thinking on what we want to happen. These went well supprisingly the second had more energy and this provided my DILO output I have third session to agree the would like to have flow diagrams for the first week in the new year and this will provide the operational sign off allowing the development to progress.
I was pleased with the outcome and a few lessons learnt, laughter yoga is a new one and I will look this one up for the new year.
Thank you for your feed back and have a Merry Christmas. Saving Changes...
