i am sure meanwhile you have found the following statement under "Edit settings":
"Your blog title is unique and cannot be changed once it is created."
So, if you really wnat to chosse another title i guess you have to create another blog and move your postings if necessary ...

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, Ive seen this earlier - Sorry I might not have been specific in my question (I just modified the question) what I am specifically looking for is how can create a new blog ? I could see this option after I created my main blog.
