I read your two articles, and I do have one bit of feedback, which would be to tell a story as a means of demonstrating your point.

Hi Rami, do you have a blog called improving productivity? I'll check it out, do you have a link?
I've found that I have to do a certain amount of blog promotion. I send articles to people, link to it from my linkedin page, etc...
Michael, I received a notification that you replied to my comment and provided some links but I can't find your comment here ?!?!

Rami,
While your blog's title is precise and accurate, it has to fight for attention amongst other contenders.
Try to make the title more noticeable and memorable. A play on words always attracts attention.

I totally agree with this Stephane, do you have any suggestion instead of the current name: Project Management in Construction Projects ?

Just at the top of my mind, Rami
* Girding up for Project Management
* Bridging over to Project Management
* Project Management under Construction
Please note, these are meant to be samples. You really should come up with your own.
If, however, you want to use one of mine, I would appreciate if you recognize the contribution.

Good names Stephane! I especially like Project Management Under Construction.
It makes me wonder if we could somehow come up with articles for a blog titled: "Project Management is Slippery When Wet!"
