Inthiporn, are you interested in the problems associated with having the project manager do sales? Or are you interested in the transition from the point of sale to handing it off to the project manager?

Some of the problems I see Inthiporn:
* Project manager was not involved in the sales process
* Scope was not sufficiently defined during the sales process
* Project constraints are created during sales process
