From your experience, would you think that having the PM Account visible for public rather than only site users is a good idea ?

If yes, will the blogs be public automatically as well ?

Ask yourself this question, Rami: is there benefit in bringing outsiders to ProjectManagement.com and, more to the point, to your account?

If you can find advantages then, by all means, go for it.

I can't answer these questions Stephane because I do not know the advantages and disadvantages for this and this is why I am asking for the members opinion from their own point of view and experience.

Unfortunately, everybody's opinion and decision will have been based on their own needs. I, for example, have no professional reason for the greater public to see my profile. I chose to not open it up to more than the community itself.

You could have all kinds of reasons to open it up
* you could be a consultant hoping to attract new work
* you might be interested in promoting ProjectManagement.com to the greater public
* you may need outside professional contacts to refer to your PM contributions

I get your point - Thanks Stephane.

I hope I get an opinion from people who used it so they can say what they think of it.

I agree with Stephane and I have exposed my projectmanagement.com account to outside world for one of the reasons or all mentioned by Stephane.

Networking also can be another reason.

Thanks
