Working in Fixed Period & limited budget IT Projects, I have faced tremendous difficulties in balancing Professional & Personal life. Frankly, It was my personal life which suffered a lot. Although, I am not a person who takes the stress that easily, I incorporated meditation in my daily life.

Could you share your thoughts how you did or you would manage the stress & esteem your self to work?

@Saurabh....great post...very good points!....Al

#5 is a very good point; I have seen PMs internalize their project and try to do it all themselves
Thanks @AI Taylor

I hear you Chintan, I've been there and I know how it feels. The only thing that kept me alive under severe project circumstances and significantly relieved my stress was: Work Out at the Gym.

I would suggest you do something early in the day that you find inviting and relaxing before taking on the labyrinth of activities that have become commonplace in our contemporary world and practice. You will yet need to punctuate the stream of events with a 'stopper' that brings sanity to the process. Find some inspiration in the process and keep your sanity... That is the least you can do for self and family.
