My team is on the Cloud. But not all the information must be on the Cloud. Saving Changes...
We can experience everything as listed, except the security which we only experience when there's some incident occurs. So being said this, when the data is on cloud how do we make sure we're completely secured, we get realized only when some event or incident happens. This is that factor that most threatens us. Probably, those experienced can share their views here. Like Sergio said we may not share everything on cloud, any other views? Saving Changes...

It comes down to security and comfort. Companies that have two-factor authentication tend to get more business. I personally am reliant on the cloud for mostly everything. Localized storage is a luxury and not necessary. For companies there is a trade off as data mining is becoming more and more sophisticated exploiting their data sets. Further, major companies have been less than trustworthy on the privacy side.
Regardless, the cloud is the way people continue to collaborate one way or another. Saving Changes...
