What are your Project Management resolutions for 2016?

We all make new year resolutions. Few fulfill them and many abandon them in short period. There are few who make a resolution which is not to make new year resolution. It all show that people (including Project managers) love new year resolutions.

What are your new year resolutions related to Project management ?

I am writing the exam in January, I recommend Watermarks books (minus the copious spelling errors). Best of luck!
